• Motor Vehicle/DNR Registration renewal form
• Check or Money Order for the “Local Office” total
• Phone number must be on check
• Current insurance information for the vehicle is required including Insurance company (not agent) name, policy number and expiration date.
• Verify your address is correct. This cannot be changed online.
• Verify this is the correct vehicle
• It is your responsibility to verify these items are correct
• Please allow 3 business days for processing
